Home Helpers of Middle Tennessee proudly displays the Certified Caregiver Assurance™ Seal.

In 2009, a standardized Seal of Approval was established by Good Housekeeping to spotlight the best in-home care for aging family members.  This system was specifically designed to help families choose a company that might best provide this service for their loved ones. 

Even today, with the CQA Seal in place, there continue to be challenges in finding the right care givers.  However, a great deal of the guess work can be alleviated through our recruitment and selection of only the most talented applicants to fill the role of caregiver. 

In order to display the CQA Seal, Home Helpers of Middle Tennessee uses its Leading Home Care's Private Duty Caregiver Selection System, an on-line pre-employment assessment that helps us identify caregivers with "strong work ethics, high integrity, and key personality traits," thereby allowing us to successfully "pre-screen applicants and match personality traits for optimum customer/caregiver relationships."   The system measures core traits in workplace attitude, personality assessment, and cognitive reasoning to arrive at the best individuals to meet the needs of our clients.
